Curiouser and Curiouser

I’ve finally got the degree, now I just need the library…

I meant to point this trend out in the spring, but I thing it’s still going strong enough that you can safely jump on the bandwagon now. Women with poetry and quotes tattooed on their backs. Other places too, of course, but I’ve seen countless examples across the upper back this summer. I particularly noticed because, as a bibliophile, I can’t see words without wanting to read them, and when I see that someone has found a phrase that they care for so much they’ve tattooed it on their skin, I get particularly interested. Unfortunately, very often I’m too far away to inconspicuously read these growingly common tattoos.

So start saving your pennies now, and next summer you can be part of the hippest body-marring club around. FYI – a verse tattoo is not only appreciated, but I believe mandatory for young women living in the fine borough of Brooklyn; you’ve been warned.

I can see why those are so appealing.

So what quote would you use IF you were the tattooing kind? And what font?
